Our quiet and secluded setting is conveniently located near all Richmond interstates and just minutes from both Innsbrook and Short Pump.
Whether the purpose of your event is for networking, client appreciation, or fundraising, our Tournament Director will assist your planning team to achieve your objectives and targeted budget. Our full service Staff will also orchestrate all details on tournament day to ensure that your event is a seamless success. You invite the guests, we do the rest!
All tournament packages include the following amenities:
• On site Event Coordinator
• Set up of all registration, mulligan, raffle, and any additional tables with table skirts/linens
• Distribution of sponsorship signs and banners on course and golf cars
• Bag drop service and golf cars equipped with identification signs, rules sheet, prepared scorecard, and any additional promotional materials you wish to include
• Driving range available two hours prior to shotgun start time with unlimited range balls
• Pre-tournament rules presentation and on-course monitoring by our Staff
• Electronic scoreboard set up with both real time and post-event scoring services
• Use of patio and pavilion for meals before, during, and following event
• Set up of podium, microphone, speakers, and awards tables for post-event presentation
• Beverage cart service offering beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks
• Exclusive use of course for groups of 130 players or more
